I just turned this in for a grade in my HS game programming class. The assignment was to recreate  Pacman and it had to include at least two levels. I really sucked at making mazes so I made the game  do that itself instead. The result made the game feel more like a strategy or puzzle game. Not to brag but my project was the most advanced in the class.... Personally I found this to be a really fun version of Pacman, especially since I've never really cared for the gameplay loop of Pacman, so I wanted to share it here.  

It includes 3 unique ghosts:

Green

Green's the youngest of the trio, and also kinda stupid. They will walk through the maze entirely randomly.

Red

Red's the middle brother. They move directly towards the player. There's not much more to say about them.

Periwinkle
Periwinkle is the most experienced in the whole being dead thing. They also head straight for you, but Periwinkle is the only one that can move through the maze's walls. Are they really periwinkle? Idk. They can only spawn levels 10+

I also really wanted to add something unique, as it was just missing something:

Cherry Gates

You'll have to collect the cherry before being able to pass through these gates. All ghosts however, can pass through just fine.
